The Nuova Simonelli Mythos Grinder features 75mm Steel Burrs and Micrometric Grind Adjustment, allowing up to 1500lbs of grind before replacing burrs and precise control of the grind at any step. Clump Crusher Tech ensures a fluffy, evenly-distributed dose. The multi-function LCD display enables baristas to adjust the dose, enter Barista Modes, and lock the grinder to save settings. With a Portafilter Holder, the grinder can remain in place as other equipment is operated.
