Ingredients: sugar, whey, nonfat dry milk, creamer [contains coconut oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (milk derivative), sugar, tricalcium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides, salt], cocoa (dutch processed), natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, salt, gum.
Start by adding 2 tablespoons to 10-12 ounces of milk or milk alternative and adjust to your personal taste.
